The animation production falls to the facilities of the Brains Base studio. The general direction of the project is in charge of Hiroshi Ishiodori, while Yoshifumi Fukushima supervises the scripts and composition of the series. Naoki Aisaka is in charge of adapting the character designs to animation, with a soundtrack composed jointly by Akifumi Tada and Rina Tayama.

About the work

The story follows Hiyori Hiwamura, a high school teacher who has just graduated from college and has an extremely weak build, tires quickly, and speaks in a very soft voice. Although her fragile appearance often arouses people's protective instinct, her students have completely misinterpreted her gentle personality, believing rumors that she is a scary teacher capable of cursing anyone who makes her angry. Despite her lack of physical stamina and the distorted reputation that surrounds her, Hiyori goes the extra mile every day for her students. In the midst of this chaos, his student Akihito Abikura seems to be the only one able to notice his true and hard-working nature.

The original work is written and illustrated by mangaka Kamio Fukuchi, who began the serialization of this story in the pages of Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine in November 2022. The franchise remains active and will publish its seventeenth compiled volume in print in mid-April of this year.
