Leon returns to the most unfair otome game in
history, and this time with more political enemies to manage. The second
trailer for the second season of Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of
Otome Games is Tough for Mobs arrived revealing the season's theme
songs and confirming the premiere for July 8, 2026. The core team
from the first season returns almost intact, with a new addition to the cast
that expands on the story's political conflict.
The opening theme is called "Jinsei
Endroll" (End Credits of Life) and is performed by the musical
unit Ando, consisting of Knight X member Sho Takeyaki,
voice actor Daisuke Hirose and music producer ANCHOR. The
ending "Ashita wa Ashita no Que Sera Sera" is in
charge of MEISHOHIKOKAI, a group that also appears in the
ending of another anime of the summer, which confirms that the band is having a
busy season. Both tracks can be heard in the new trailer along with scenes that
introduce new elements of the second season.
The Production Team
Direction returns to Kazuya Miura at ENGI studio,
with Kenta Ihara again overseeing scripts and Masahiko
Suzuki continuing as character designer and chief animation director.
