The Beastars plays, Durarara !! and Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari are canceled

Through its website, the music association 2.5 Dimension announced the total cancellation for the Durarara !! plays, Mankai Stage ‘A3!’ Winter 2020, Aggressive Dance Stage ‘Dear Boys’, Hyper Projection Engeki Haikyū !! Saikyō no Chōsensha and Sengoku Basara. All these works were in the middle of the presentation season.

Also, it was revealed that the play by Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari is being suspended until further notice. This presentation was going to start its season in theaters on April 3 but its debut had to be canceled due to the various safety and health measures that Japan has taken with its citizens.

Same case for the musical “Hakuōki Shinkai” Sōma Kazue-hen, which was scheduled to debut on April 1, but which also had to be suspended.

On March 31, it was also announced that the Beastars play was canceled, however, its production team is negotiating that its release only be postponed until the state of emergency in the Japanese country passes.
