The series has been broadcast since April 2 and it is confirmed that it will have a total of 12 episodes. For its part, Y.A. Publication of the light novels on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website began in June 2013 and was finalized in March 2017. Subsequently, Media Factory publishing began its paper publication through the MF Books label in April 2014 and has published a total of 19 volumes.
A manga adaptation by Hiroki Kusumoto has been published on Kadokawa's ComicWalker website since 2015, and to date seven compilation volumes have been published.
