Streets of Rage 4 premiered… and it's free with Xbox Game Pass!

April 30 arrived and with it the long-awaited premiere of the quintessential beat’em up sequel, Streets of Rage 4.

As we recently reported, the premiere for Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One turned out to be much sooner than expected, after the clarification of the false departure date that Dotemu clarified.

But an additional surprise is that just on the day of the premiere - and something unprecedented in the Microsoft service - Streets of Rage 4 is available to play for FREE for those who have an Xbox Game Pass subscription:

In addition to SOR4, the HyperDot and Levelhead titles are also on Xbox Game Pass ready to play, starting today.


BTW, Streets of Rage 4 looks and plays awesome, with strong retro influences, but a solid improved combat system. Soon, the review.
