It was announced that the manga, written and illustrated by Tomo Takeuchi, Ballroom and Youkoso, will resume its serialization in this year's issue # 8 of Monthly Shonen Magazine by Kodansha, on July 6.
The manga was in an indefinite pause due to the author's poor health, which led him to not be able to draw more for a while. Takeuchi began publishing the manga in the aforementioned magazine in 2011. The Kodansha publishing house published the tenth compilation volume on January 17.
The play inspired a 24-episode anime adaptation produced by Production I.G studios, directed by Yoshimi Itazu and scripts written by Kenichi Suemitsu, released in July 2017.
