The manga written and illustrated by Ryouma Kitada, Dokyuu Hentai HxEros, was reported to recently surpass 1.35 million copies in circulation. The work will make a special broadcast on June 21 at 8:00 p.m. (Japan Standard Time).
For its part, Kitada has published the manga in Shueisha publisher Jump SQ magazine since 2017 and the publisher published the ninth compilation volume on March 9.
The play is inspiring an anime adaptation produced by Project No.9 studios, directed and written by Masato Jinbo, and character designs by Akimoto Yamamoto, slated to premiere on July 3 in Japan.
