The company Warner Bros. Japan announced that the virtual event Anime Expo Lite, which will take place on July 3 and 4 in Japan, will have an anime panel titled "Stay Connected with Anime" which, in turn, will have a special segment dedicated to Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind series.
This panel will be held through the special broadcast of the event on YouTube on July 4 at 12:00 noon (Japan Standard Time), and will feature the participation of Kensho Ono (the voice of Giorno Giovanna), the producer from David Production studios, Hisataka Kasama, and Warner Bros. Japan producer Hiroyuki Omori. The video will also feature the video “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind: EXPOSED !!!!”, which will reveal details of the production process and history.
Additionally, the composer of the soundtrack for this series, Yuugo Kanno, will perform during the special segment and perform some live performances. For its part, the 39-episode series was produced by David Production studios, under the direction of Yasushiro Kimura and Hideya Takahashi, and scripts written by Yasuko Kobayashi, and premiered in October 2018.
Synopsis for Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind
The original manga continues the story of the previous installments of the Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure manga, when Jotaro asks Koichi to travel to Naples to investigate a person known as Haruno Shiobana, whose real name is later revealed to be Giorno Giovanna. The story then follows Giorno on his goal to rise to the top of the Passione group and turn him into a band of honorable thieves.
