Kaguya-sama: Love is War Doujin-ban spin-off manga to end this month

On the official Twitter account for the manga written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, it was announced that Shinta Sakayama's spin-off manga, Kaguya-sama: Love is War Doujin-ban will come to an end. this month.


This spin-off manga has been published on the Shariisha publisher Tonari no Young Jump website since June 2018, and new chapters are published on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. The publisher published the third compilation volume on January 17. The play narrates "slightly erotic" situations between the characters.

For her part, Aka Akasaka has published the Kaguya-sama: Love is War manga in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine since 2016, after having moved from Miracle Jump magazine. The publisher published the eighteenth compilation volume on April 17 and will publish the eighteenth on July 17.

The play inspired a twelve episode anime adaptation produced by A-1 Pictures studios, directed by Shinichi Omata and scripts written by Yasuhiro Nakanishi, released in January 2019. A second season that maintains the same cast of voices and crew. Production has been in issue since April 11.
