Through the official website for the animated adaptation of the Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru light novels, also known as Oregairu, a new promotional video for its third season starring the character of Yui Yuigahama was revealed. Next week a new trailer will be released starring one of the other anime characters.
Previously, the series had scheduled its premiere in April, but due to production problems caused by the pandemic situation in Japan, it was decided to suspend and delay its broadcast until July 9.
Watari began publishing Oregairu light novels with illustrations by Ponkan8 in 2011. The series ended with the fourteenth volume, published in November 2019.
The official title of this third season is Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru: Kan. Kei Oikawa is directing the anime at the feel studios, while Keiichirou Ohchi is in charge of script writing and supervision. Yuichi Tanaka is in charge of character design. Regarding musical themes:
- Nagi Yanagi will perform the opening theme titled “Megumi no Ame.
- Saori Hayami (Yukino Yukinoshita) and Nao Touyama (Yui Yuigahama) will perform the closing song titled “Diamond no Jundo”.
