In this year's issue # 8 of Monthly Hero magazine from Hero’s Inc., the final chapter of the manga, written and illustrated by Kimitoshi Yokoo, World Heroes was published.
The manga is an adaptation of the video game of the same name developed by ADK. Yokoo began publishing the manga in Hero's Inc. Inc.'s Monthly Hero’s magazine in December 2018. The publisher published the second compilation volume on January 10.
For its part, the original game was released for the Neo Geo console in 1992, and inspired the release of three sequels in 1993, 1994, and 1995. Subsequently, the crossover video game SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy added the character Jeanne to this franchise as downloadable content in December 2018.
