Live-action film Georama Boy Panorama Girl reveals new trailer

On the official site for the live-action film based on the manga written and illustrated by Kyoko Okazaki, Georama Boy Panorama Girl, a new promotional video was posted. The video reveals that the premiere has been scheduled for November 6 in theaters in Japan.


Okazaki began manga publication in Magazine House publisher's Heibon Punch in February 1988 and ended it in October of the same year, at the same time that the magazine ceased publication. The publisher published the only compiled volume in April 1989.

Okazaki is also the author of the Helter Skelter manga, which inspired a live-action film released in July 2012, and another of her manga, River’s Edge, was also adapted into a live-action film released in January 2019.

Regarding the film, Natsuki Seta (Tokyo Alice live-action film, Setoutsumi series) is in charge of directing and writing the scripts. Anna Yamada plays Haruko Shibuya, while Jin Suzuki plays Kenichi Kanagawa.
