On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of the Komi-san wa manga, Komyushou Desu ( Komi Can't Communicate ) a variety of illustrations were shared to celebrate the broadcast of the twelfth and last episode of the project's second season (twentieth fourth episode overall). Before moving on to the illustrations, it should be noted that the scheduled “ major announcement ” was the fact that the series will be released on Blu-ray soon in Japan, something that was expected to be “ announced with great fanfare ” given the disaster . of animation that had the most recent episodes.

The first illustration was done by Tomohito Oda , author of the original manga.

The second illustration was made by Akane Hirota (@crayonpas1) , who was in charge of the animation direction of the episode.

Other freelance illustrators who featured during the last week included “ ioRi (@iorieggS514) “; “ I (@9431116) “; “ yuhi (@yuhi_atb26) ” and “アアルン (@poa_mellhen) “.

This second season of Komi-san wa, Komyushou Desu premiered on television since April 6 and on the Netflix platform globally since April 27. The first season premiered during the Fall-2021 season (October-December) and featured twelve episodes, with Netflix premiering the episodes two weeks after they aired in Japan. On the other hand, Tomohito Oda began publishing the manga in May 2016 through Shogakukan 's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine .

Sinopsis de Komi-san wa, Komyushou desu

It's Shouko Komi's first day at the prestigious Itan Private High School, and she's already become the Madonna of the school. With her long black hair and her tall and elegant appearance, she catches the attention of anyone who crosses her path. However, there is a problem: despite her popularity, Shouko is terrible at communicating with others. Hitohito Tadano is your typical high school boy. With his life motto of “reading the situation and making sure to stay out of trouble”, he quickly discovers that sitting next to Shouko has made him the enemy of everyone in his class.

One day, passed out by accident, Hitohito wakes up to the sound of Shouko's “meow”. He lies saying that he hasn't heard anything, which makes Shouko run away. But before she can escape, Hitohito guesses that Shouko isn't able to talk to others easily; in fact, he has never been able to make a single friend. Hitohito decides to help Shouko in her goal of making a hundred friends so that she can overcome her communication disorder.
