During the event JUMP FESTA 2024 the first
promotional video for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated
by was revealed Hitsuji Gondaira, Mission: Yozakura
Family (Yozakura -san Chi no Daisakusen). The video
confirms that the series will premiere during the Spring-2024
(April-June) season and announces more members of the production
team.
Hitsuji Gondaira began publishing the manga in
the publisher's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in
August 2019, where it is still in serialization. Gondaira is also the author of
other works such as “Poro no Ryuugakuki” and the one-shot “Genjui Toteku”.Shueisha
Sinopsis of Mission: Yozakura Family
High school student Taiyou Asano has been socially inept
since his family died in a car accident. The only person he can properly relate
to is his childhood friend, Mutsumi Yozakura, the head of the world's strongest
spy family. Mutsumi's older brother, Kyouichirou Yozakura, is overprotective of
her since she once left him seriously injured. Her love for Mutsumi is lethal,
and Taiyou is her next target. To survive, Taiyou must marry Mutsumi and become
a member of the Yozakura family. Thrown headlong into chaos, Taiyou begins his
journey to become a powerful spy in order to protect his wife and uncover the
