Hololive Production's waifus will finally have an anime

The company Cover Corp. announced that a new multimedia project is being produced for the VTubers agency, “ Hololive Production ”, which will be titled “ Magical Girls holoWitches! “. This upcoming project will include manga, anime, and live-stream adaptations, but did not reveal details or a release date.

To celebrate this announcement, a promotional video was also published. However, it should be noted that it is still unclear if the project will have any other animated content apart from this video, as the statement is vague in many aspects.


The manga is now available. Meanwhile, the company describes the project as follows: « Magical Girl holoWitches! is a new multimedia project composed of VTubers from Hololive Production that hopes to introduce various forms of content such as anime, manga and livestreams based on the story and setting of magical girls .

Among the VTubers participating in the project are: Amane Kanata , Sakura Miko , Himemori Luna , Houshou Marine , Murasaki Shion and Sakamata Chloe . All the VTubers give themselves a voice in the promotional video of the statement. Other cast members include: Rie Takahashi as the fairy Aelu, Aoi Yuuki as the lagu fairy, Kaede Hondo as a girl who wants to become a manga creator, and Mirika Kawa as high school students.

 


Hololive Production is a Japanese talent agency that specializes in the representation of VTubers (Virtual YouTubers). Founded by the company Cover Corp in 2017, Hololive has gained great popularity both in Japan and internationally.
