A new
promotional video for the project has been revealed on the official
website for the anime adaptation of Petit Depotto 's video
game " Gnosia ." The video confirms that the premiere is
scheduled for the Fall 2025 period (October-December) , and lists
production details and the voice cast.
The game
was released for the PlayStation Vita in Japan in 2019, and
was then ported to the Nintendo Switch in 2020 and Steam in
January 2022. Later, in December 2023, the game finally had a global release
for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S consoles
.
Synopsis
of Gnosia
On a
drifting spaceship, the crew faces a mysterious and lethal threat: the Gnosia,
beings who infiltrate humans by pretending to be one of them, deceiving them
and eliminating them one by one. Without knowing who the enemy really is, the
survivors devise a desperate plan: to put the most suspicious individuals into
"cold sleep" in the hopes of eradicating the Gnosia. However,
uncertainty is their worst enemy, as there is no way of knowing whether each
condemned person was actually a Gnosia or simply an innocent victim sacrificed
for the survival of these beings. Will humans emerge victorious, or are they
doomed to extinction?
