Renowned
author Rin Miasa , known for her work on With
the Sheikh in His Harem , has launched a new manga titled Kiss
Yori Saki ni Chikaimasu (I Promise to Love You Before Our First
Kiss). The series debuted on May 1, 2025 (UTC+2) on Shodensha 's digital
platform Our Feel .
The story
follows Sayu Takagi , a fading actress whose career has been
pigeonholed into villain roles or characters destined to die. Desperate to
escape that image, she decides to make a radical change in her life...
and announces her intention to get married . However, her
supposed fiancé turns out to be a stalker, and her life is put in danger. In
the midst of the crisis, a mysterious androgynous man appears and saves her,
thus triggering a new and unexpected bond .

known in English as With the Sheikh in His Harem . This manga was
serialized in Kodansha 's Nakayoshi Magazine from 2018 until
its conclusion in 2021 , spanning a total of eight compiled
book volumes. Kodansha USA distributes the series digitally in
English.
Additionally,
Miasa adapted the manga AKB0048: Episode 0 , based on
the popular idol group, also for Nakayoshi Magazine. This project ran
from 2011 to 2013 , and cemented her distinctive style that
