The
upcoming Solo Camping for Two anime has released a new trailer
this Thursday, in which the main musical themes are revealed
and it is confirmed that the series will run for two consecutive
seasons. The series is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, July 10,
with global simulcast streaming on Crunchyroll.
The opening
theme will be "Akari wa Tooku," performed
by Japanese artist Skirt. The closing theme will
be provided by Masayoshi Oishi with the song "Futari
Camp feat. SPECIAL OTHERS", a collaboration that promises to
capture the relaxed and human spirit of the story.
A quiet adventure... or so it seemed
The story
follows Gen, a solitary camping lover who enjoys the tranquility of
the outdoors. However, his routine takes an unexpected turn when he meets Shizuku
Kusano, a total beginner in this lifestyle, who ends up joining him on his
next camping trip. Thus begins an unexpected coexistence between two very
different personalities.

The series
is directed by Jun Hatori (Taisho Otome Fairy Tale) and
has the series composition by Aya Satsuki (Too Cute Crisis).

Villain's Day Off) and the music composed by Shota Kowashi (Snack
Basue). The anime is being produced by the SynergySP studio.
The story is based on Yudai Debata's original manga, and aims
to offer an emotional, comedic, and relaxing experience in equal measure.
