The Pokémon
Horizons anime has aired its 100th episode in Japan, and to
commemorate this important figure, the creators released a special 100-second
video, accompanied by two new illustrations made by Rei Yamazaki,
the character designer of the series.
A visual
tour of Liko and Roy's evolution
The artwork
shows protagonists Liko and Roy at the beginning of their
adventure and in their current state, reflecting their growth throughout the
series. These images are also available to enjoy separately and highlight the
development of the characters in this new stage of the Pokémon universe.

English as Pokémon Horizons: The Series, this anime introduces the
first original protagonists in the history of the franchise. It was released in
Japan on April 14, 2023 under the direction of Saori Den at the
OLM studio.
The series
debuted in English in the UK via BBC iPlayer in December 2023,
and subsequently in North America via Netflix on 7 March 2024
with the first 12 episodes. Its second season, titled Pokémon Horizons:
The Search for Laqua, premiered on February 7 on Netflix.
