Ahead of
its premiere on July 7, the See You Tomorrow at the Food
Court anime has shared a new trailer focused on Yamamoto,
one of the protagonists of this peculiar story that takes place in a shopping
mall. Yamamoto is portrayed by voice actress Yoshino Aoyama, best
known for her role as Hitori in BOCCHI THE ROCK!.
An
everyday comedy with a lot of style
The series
adapts Gekka Urū's manga and follows the lives of two high
school girls who meet daily in the food court of a shopping mall, sharing their
thoughts, problems, and absurd conversations. The first trailer had already
introduced Wada, the other half of the duo, and this new trailer
gives the spotlight to Yamamoto, a gyaru with a lot of personality.
An
experienced creative team
The series
is directed by Kazuomi Koga (Rent-a-Girlfriend)
at the Atelier Pontdarc studio. The script is written by Jukki
Hanada (The Dangers in My Heart), while the character design
and animation direction are by Kyuta Sakai (Re:ZERO −
Starting Life in Another World). The music is composed by Kana
Utatane (Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!). The anime will
have six episodes and will be available on Crunchyroll for
international audiences after airing in Japan.
