The wait is
over! The My Dress-Up Darling series is set to return with new
adventures from Marin Kitagawa and Wakana Gojo,
who continue to explore the world of cosplay in this highly anticipated second
season.
The first
episode of this new installment will premiere on Crunchyroll on Friday,
July 5 at 6:30 p.m. (Spanish time). The release will be available to
almost everyone, except Japan, China, Korea, and Mongolia.

the official synopsis
Since Marin
and Wakana met, their passion for cosplay has brought them
together in unique ways. Together, they've worked their way through new friends
and challenges within the otaku world, while their relationship continues to
evolve. The spark between them continues to grow, and the second season
promises more emotions, laughter and impressive costumes.

The series
is directed by Keisuke Shinohara (BLACKFOX) and
produced by the CloverWorks studio. The script is written
by Yoriko Tomita (The Elusive Samurai), while the
character design is done by Kazumasa Ishida. The music is in the
hands of Takeshi Nakatsuka (The Greatest Demon Lord Is
Reborn as a Typical Nobody).
About
the original work of the manga
The manga,
created by Shinichi Fukuda, began publication in January 2018 and
ended in March 2025. Volume 15, which brings the story to a close,
will go on sale in Japan on July 25. In English, the work is
distributed by Square Enix. Recall that the first season aired in
January 2022 and consisted of 12 episodes, captivating both romance
fans and cosplay enthusiasts.
