Production
and trajectory of the manga
The
"Let's Go Karaoke!" anime is directed by Asami Nakatani on Dōga
Kōbō, with Yoshimi Narita in charge of the scripts
and Takurō Iga in the music composition. The original manga
was published as a dōjinshi in 2019 and was edited by Kadokawa in
2020, winning third place at the 2021 Manga Taisho Awards. It even
inspired a live-action film released in January 2024.
For its
part, "Captivated, by You" also debuted as a dōjinshi in
2019 and compiles boys' love stories along with an original
epilogue. Both works have been licensed by Yen Press for
publication in English.
