The Ruri
Rocks production has revealed a new trailer focused on Shoko
Seto, one of the main characters of this summer 2025 anime. The video,
available on Aniplex's official YouTube channel, shows us this
enigmatic classmate of Ruri, who feels a curious fascination for the
protagonist and her fondness for collecting minerals.
Saki
Hayashi's debut in the industry
Voice
actress Saki Hayashi plays Shoko Seto, this being her first
role in an anime. Through his official account on X (formerly Twitter),
Hayashi shared his excitement for this experience on August 12: "My first
anime, my first set recording session, and all the people who supported me
despite my inexperience... It's exciting to think that my voice now lives on in
Shoko. Besides, Shoko is too adorable!"

animated adaptation of Keiichiro Shibuya's manga premiered in
Japan on July 6, 2025. In Spain and other territories, the anime is
available on Crunchyroll, which broadcasts the series for audiences

brilliant story
The plot
follows Ruri Tanigawa, a high school student who is passionate
about shiny objects, so much so that she ventures into the mountains to search
for crystals. There he meets Nagi Arato, a graduate student in
mineralogy. Together they begin to collect minerals, which awakens in Ruri a
growing interest in science and the beauty of the natural world.
