official website of the feature film "You and Idol Precure♪ The Movie: Thanks for waiting! KirakkiLive for
You" announced
the addition of Maaya Uchida and Ayane Sakura to
the voice cast, playing two original characters created exclusively for this
film installment.
Maaya
Uchida will give life to Tera, a girl with a secret
Known for
her role as Catarina Claes in "My Next Life as a Villainess," Uchida
plays Tera, a red-haired girl who despises idols. He appears
on Ai Ai Island, the main stage of the Super Miracle Idol
Festival event, where he meets the protagonists. Despite her colorful
and cheerful appearance, Tera hides a secret that could change everything.
This will
be Uchida's second appearance in the Precure franchise, having
voiced Empress Underg's childhood in the 20th series, Soaring Sky!
Precure.

Ayane
Sakura debuts in the franchise as Amasu

seiyuu Ayane Sakura, best known for her role as Ochaco Uraraka
in My Hero Academia, will play Amasu, an ancient
goddess who once protected Ai Ai Island from major disasters. This will be
his first appearance in the Precure franchise.

A
magical story at the Super Miracle Idol Festival
The film
will be released in Japanese theaters on September 12, 2025 and
will be the 34th installment within the Precure universe. In
addition to the protagonists of You and Idol Precure♪, characters from the series Soaring
Sky! Precure (20th) and Wonderful Precure! (21st).
The story
is set at the Super Miracle Idol Festival, the largest idol event
in the universe, held on Ai Ai Island. There, Uta meets Tera,
a girl who hates idols. However, the tranquility is interrupted when strange
sea creatures called Yami Kurage invade the island, turning its
inhabitants to stone. The five Precure's will have to face this new threat.

This
series, the 22nd in Toei Animation's long-running franchise,
premiered on February 2, 2025 in Japan. Currently, it is
available on an anime platform for users in America, Oceania and South Africa.
Rewritten Synopsis:
Uta Sakura is a high school student who loves to sing. Everything changes when
she meets Purirun, a fairy whose world has been plunged into
darkness. In order to regain the shine stolen by the Chokkiri Gang,
Uta becomes the legendary Cure Idol, and with the strength of her
voice, she will fight to restore hope to everyone.
