From web novel to expanding franchise

The story debuted in Shōsetsuka ni Narō in April 2017, and after gaining popularity, Kadokawa published the first printed volume in November of that same year. Currently, the work has eight volumes and the ninth is scheduled to be published this week.

The success also led to the release of a manga version drawn by Rikizo on Kadokawa's Comic Walker platform in March 2018. The series compiled its first volume in September of that year and, as of February 2025, it has already published nine volumes.
