The Wistoria: Wand and Sword anime is preparing its return with a second season confirmed for April 2026. The announcement was accompanied by a promotional trailer and a new visual teaser that show what awaits fans in the next installment of this mix of action and fantasy.

The sequel will keep Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures as studios responsible for the animation. In addition, Tatsuya Yoshihara, director of the first season, will now serve as chief director, while Hideaki Nakano will take on the role of main director. Character designer Sayaka Ono and composer Yuki Hayashi also return to ensure continuity in the visual and musical style
