The production committee has officially announced that the third season of the anime adaptation of Mushoku Tensei Jobless Reincarnation (Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu) will begin airing on Japanese television on July 5.


The confirmation of this long-awaited animated sequel came with the release of the project's second main trailer. About the work


The plot follows a 34-year-old man who, after a life full of regrets and social isolation, tragically loses his life while trying to save a group of students. However, his consciousness is reincarnated in the body of a newborn baby within a vast feudal world plagued by magic and dangerous monsters. Keeping intact the memories and perspective of her past life, she decides to take advantage of this second chance to live without regrets. As he grows from childhood to youth, he tirelessly trains his magical abilities as he forges new friendships, faces complex family conflicts, and embarks on deadly expeditions.


The original work, written by the author Rifujin na Magonote, began publication in light novel format in 2012 and was successfully concluded in 2015. The title quickly established itself as one of the foundational pillars of the modern isekai genre, praised for its meticulous worldbuilding and the raw psychological development of its protagonists. The story continues to expand commercially today through its manga adaptation, maintaining a huge fan base that is now awaiting the premiere of this third television season.
