After a
rather bumpy road on screen and several tweaks to its broadcast schedule,
Chitose Saku's story is finally ready to continue. Distributor Kadokawa
officially confirmed that the second part of the anime Chitose Is in
the Ramune Bottle (Chitose-kun wa Ramune Bin no Naka) will
premiere on October 13, accompanying the announcement with a new
promotional trailer and details of its theme music.
To warm up
before the big day, the production will broadcast a special compilation episode
on October 6 numbered 13.5, ideal to refresh the memory of everything that has
happened so far. The new trailer also served to give a preview of the
soundtrack that will accompany this stage, highlighting the opening theme
"Saku", performed by the group Cider Girl, while the
singer aruma will be in charge of the closing theme entitled
"Doko nimo Ikenai Mama".
The project
keeps the same core team at the helm, with Yuji Tokuno directing
within the feel studio, while the author of the light
novels, Hiromu, works side by side in writing and supervising the
scripts alongside Naruhisa Arakawa. The character design continues
to be in charge of Sumie Kinoshita and the musical composition
falls to Yoshiaki Fujisawa. It should be remembered that the first
half debuted in October 2025, suffering some technical complications that
forced its final episodes to be moved to the spring of this year.

Chitose in the Ramune Bottle
Based on
the light novels written by Hiromu and illustrated by raemz,
the title began publication in June 2019 under Shogakukan's Gagaga Bunko
imprint. The story takes us to Fujishi High School in Fukui Prefecture to
follow Chitose Saku, an exemplary, popular, attractive student with excellent
social skills who seems to have his life figured out. However, her routine
takes a turn when she is tasked with convincing a fellow hermit to return to
the classroom, triggering a deep story of youth and personal growth.
