In the June issue of Shueisha's Ultra Jump magazine, it was revealed that light novels written by Kentarou Katayama and illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto, Denpa teki na Kanojo, will have a manga adaptation.

The adaptation will begin serialization in the next issue of the magazine on June 19. Hiroshi Hiraoka is in charge of drawing it, while Daisuke Furuya (Owari no Seraph) is credited for the storyboard. The manga will have a colored front page.

Furthermore, Katayama wrote three novels for the Denpa teki na Kanojo series between 2004 and 2005, although the series remains unfinished; while Yamamoto was in charge of making the illustrations. The novels inspired two OVAs released in 2009, which were included in the third and fourth volumes of the Kure-nai manga, a series Yamamoto wrote based on the Katayama novels of the same name. This latest manga inspired an anime released in 2008.

Synopsis of Denpa teki na Kanojo

The story centers on the relationship between Ame Ochibana and Juu Juuzawa. Juu is a delinquent boy who is constantly involved in a fight, while Ame is an eccentric girl who claims to have been Juu's "knight" in her previous life, in which Juu was a king.

While Juu doesn't take Ame seriously at first, a classmate's killer soon ties them together to investigate the truth behind this.
