Editorial Shogakukan listed the seventeenth compilation volume of Seimu Yoshizaki's manga, Kingyoya Koshoten as the last. This volume will be put on sale on June 30.
In fact, the sixteenth compilation volume was released six years ago, in July 2014. For his part, Yoshizaki began publishing the manga in Shogakukan's Monthly Ikki magazine between 2004 and 2014. The series features a large number of references to other classic works, such as Dr. Slump and Moretsu Ataro, as well as to other foreign works such as Blueberry by Jean Giraud.
The Kanagawa-born author made her debut in 1989 with the manga Aka-chan to Tenshi. Subsequently, she published the manga The Paradise on the Earth in 2001, Telekinesis Yamanote TV Cinema in 2005, Ugokashiya in 2008, Deka Girl in 2009 and Usagi Tantei Monogatari in 2012.
