During the “ i☆Ris 10th Anniversary Live~a Live~ ” event, it was announced that the voice actress music unit i☆Ris will have an anime film titled “ i☆Ris the Movie: Full Energy!! ” and which will be released in 2024 in theaters in Japan. Like the concert, the film is part of the celebrations for the 10th anniversary of the unit's formation. Ticket pre-sale will be available during upcoming concerts and at select digital stores in Japan.
The music unit also announced the national tour (in Japan), “ i☆Ris 8th Live Tour 2023 ”, which will visit the cities of Misato, Nagoya, Sapporo, Osaka, Sendai, Yokohama, Fukuoka, and Tokyo between April 22 and 2020. June 24, 2023.
Finally, i☆Ris is conformed by Saki Yamakita , Yu Serizawa , Himika Akaneya , Yuki Wakai , and Miyu Kubota , who additionally perform as voice actresses. The group has participated in a wide range of productions, notably Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live , Fantastic Stella , Sousei no Onmyouji , Mahou Shoujo Site , Kenja no Magician and Tejina Senpai .
The group had a sixth member, Azuki Shibuya , who graduated from the group on March 31, 2021. The statement noted that Shibuya herself had communicated to the staff her intention to leave since spring 2020, and respecting her wishes, the staff and the members held multiple meetings, culminating in the decision for him to graduate from the group in March 2021. Shibuya continues a career in the entertainment industry after leaving the group, yi☆Ris continues as a five-member group.
