On the official site for the anime adaptation of the Kantai Collection video game , it was announced that the broadcast of the fourth episode of the anime Kantai Collection: Itsuka Ano Umi de ( KanColle: Someday in that Sea ), which serves as the second season of the project, has been delayed until December 15 due to production problems .
The episode was to air on November 24 in Japan, but the first three episodes will rerun until it resumes with the fourth episode in December. On the other hand, the series premiered on November 3 and is confirmed with a total of eight episodes , in response to the wishes of the production team to have "a more compact story, but with better quality."
The franchise began with the release of a free browser-based card game developed by Kadokawa Games and distributed by DMM.com . The game was released in April 2013 in Japan and in just two years it had three million registered users. Subsequently, the installment inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by Diomedea studios , under the direction of Keizou Kusakawa and scripts written by Jukki Hanada , released in January 2015.

When she is rescued from near annihilation, the rookie little warship decides to become as strong as the person who saved her life.
