A leak from Weibo said that the manga written and illustrated by Koume Fujichika , Suki na Ko ga Megane wo Wasureta ( The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses ), will have an anime adaptation. The leak did not reveal production details or a scheduled release date, so it is advisable to wait for an official confirmation soon.
Fujichika began publishing the manga through Square Enix 's monthly Gangan Joker magazine in November 2018. However, the author had already published the work through his official Twitter account since April of the same year. He has also written other works such as “ Tonari no Oneesan ga Suki ( I Love The Older Girl Next Door. )” and “ Goshujinsama no Shikabane ( Master's Corpse )”, to name a few.
