We rarely cover cosplay on our site, especially since these days social media is full of this type of content, as many of these photos we can't even share here because they are sexually suggestive.
However, some cosplay sessions become so relevant that they become a trend on social networks. This is what happened recently with cosplayer from China, “ faaaariii_ ”, who dressed up as the popular character Makima from the Chainsaw Man franchise . The girl dressed as the character and replicated some of the scenes from the original work, proving that you don't need to " show flesh " to make a good cosplay that attracts the attention of hundreds of thousands of fans .
Of course, there were comments like:
- " Guys, hold my hand, I think I'm dreaming ."
- " Suddenly I understand why Denji is in love with her ."
- Oh god, whose hand is he biting? ».
- " You look like Makima, more than Makima herself ."
- " Best Makima cosplay I've seen in a long time ."
- " Oh god, please stand on me, Makima ."
- « Awesome, how come you're so good at everything? ».
- " Shit, I can't believe how amazing you look in these pics ."
Synopsis for Chainsaw Man
The story takes place in a world where Demons threaten the peace of humans, making them targets to be eliminated. Denji is a depressed young man who has sold several of his organs and works as a lumberjack and demon hunter to pay off his late father's debt. Denji owns a dog (which is also a demon) named Pochita, who has chainsaws and which he uses to do his work.
This is explained because humans can make contracts with demons. After returning home from a job, Denji is called by a Yakuza to infiltrate a building and kill another demon. However, the plan was a trap to assassinate him as part of a Yakuza contract with the demon, gaining them more power. But Pochita comes to Denji's aid and bonds with him, becoming a half-man, half-demon and acquiring Pochita's chainsaws.
