More production details for the anime adaptation for the light novels written by Kou Nigatsu and illustrated by Mizore Saba , Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote ( The Two Sides of Seiyuu Radio ), were revealed during the Dengeki Bunko Festival 2023 event. The press release confirmed that the premiere is scheduled for 2024 in Japan , revealed the main voice cast and production details for this project.
Kou Nigatsu began publishing the light novels through Kadokawa 's Dengeki Bunko imprint in February 2020. In addition, a manga adaptation by Umemi Makimoto was published through Kadokawa 's Dengeki Maoh magazine. between March 2020 and July 2021, so it obviously didn't cover the entirety of the original story.
Sinopsis of Seiyuu Radio no Uraomote
Yuuhi Yuugure and Yasumi Utatane, two high school voice actresses who happen to be in the same class, are the hosts of a weekly radio show. As classmates and voice actresses, they show all listeners their great friendship. At least in appearance. In reality, Chika, the quiet girl, and Yumiko, the gyaru, are complete opposites. And they can't stand each other at all. Off the air, chaos and insults break out. Live, they are the best of friends. Where will this tumultuous relationship take them?
