Sato ’s manga , “ Kakushite! Makina-san!! ( Hide!
Makina-san! ),” revealed production details and the project’s voice
cast. The release listed that the premiere remains scheduled for
sometime in 2025 in Japan.
Yoshimi Sato ,
meanwhile, began publishing the manga through Futabasha ’s Monthly
Action magazine in October 2022, and it is still in serialization. He
is also the author of “ Fumikiri Jikan (Crossing Time) ,” a
collection of short stories that also received an anime adaptation in Spring
2018 (April-June) .
Synopsis of Kakushite! Makina-san!!
Makina Agatsuma, the school idol, moves in with Eita
Akutsu, an introverted mechanical otaku. Eita, who has secretly harbored
feelings for her, thinks he's won the lottery. But it turns out she's actually
a robot created for sexual purposes. Shocked by her sudden physical advances,
the virginal Eita doesn't know what to do. Plus, he finds himself in a frenzy
trying to help her keep her secret identity. A romantic comedy with a slightly
risqué mechanical reveal, in which hilarity ensues as they try to keep the
secret under wraps.
