Multiple new projects have been confirmed to be in production to expand the “Code Geass” universe, though specific details have yet to be revealed. Additionally, an event has been announced that will screen all 13 films in the franchise back-to-back. Dates and details about these screenings will be announced at a later date on the franchise’s official channels.

During the year-end period, from December 29, 2024 to January 3, 2025, the official “Code Geass” YouTube channel will release a series of compilation videos. In parallel, it was revealed that the smartphone and PC video game “Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch – Lost Stories” will include a new story based on “Dakkan no Rose,” further enriching the lore of the series.

The event was attended by Jun Fukuyama (voice of Lelouch), Kohei Amasaki (voice of Rozé), and producer Kojiro Taniguchi, who shared curious details and memories about their work on the franchise. Fukuyama recalled how the role of Lelouch marked a turning point in his career, confessing that during the recording of the second season, he had to modify his voice to a very low pitch, which led to his neck increasing by 4 cm in thickness due to the vocal and physical effort required. “ It was a moment when I understood that, in addition to the heart, the physique is also crucial in acting ,” he reflected.

For her part, Amasaki expressed how playing Rozé allowed her to overcome professional insecurities. An interesting detail about the character was also revealed: “Rozé” is an anagram of “Zero,” Lelouch’s iconic alias, and the project was originally titled “Dakkan no Zett” as a tribute to the “Z” in Zero.

To close the event, Amasaki presented a bouquet of flowers to Fukuyama on behalf of Lelouch, eliciting a standing ovation from the audience. Finally, Amasaki expressed his wish for the story of Rozé and Sakuya to continue in the future, leaving open the possibility of new adventures . Fukuyama concluded the event with an encouraging message: “ We hope that new projects will continue to stimulate your minds and hearts. The journey of Code Geass is far from over! ”
