Synopsis of Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru
Absorbed in the family business of traditional doll
making, Wakana Gojou is a reserved, friendless first-year high school student.
With the painful memory of a childhood friend's scorn for his interest, Gojou
is unable to relate to his classmates and their hobbies, and becomes isolated.
Gojou has yet to perfect the crafting of doll faces, but is exceptionally
skilled at making their clothes. His skill with the sewing machine is soon
discovered by his beautiful classmate Marin Kitagawa, whose boldness and honesty
Gojou both admires and envies. She instantly shares Gojou's own hobby: dressing
up as characters from erotic video games.
However, Kitagawa doesn't know how to sew her own
costumes, leading her to seek out Gojou's expertise. As he gets drawn into the
lovely girl's endless cosplay adventures, Kitagawa becomes the first friend who
fully accepts him. So, although they are polar opposites, their relationship
slowly blossoms thanks to their ability to help each other navigate the
intricate world of cosplay.
