On the
official site for the anime adaptation of Naru Narumi 's manga
, " Watari-kun no xx ga Houkai Sunzen ( Watari-kun's
****** Is about to Collapse )", a new promotional visual for the
project was revealed. The statement listed that the premiere is
scheduled for the Summer-2025 period (July-September) , and revealed
details of the voice cast and production team, as well as a comment from the
author:

Naru
Narumi began
publishing the manga in Kodansha 's Monthly Young
Magazine in August 2014, and ended it in September 2023, with a total
of sixteen compiled book volumes. Narumi also wrote the manga " Ramen
Daisuki Koizumi-san ( Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles )",
which inspired a 2018 anime adaptation.
Synopsis

Two
years ago, the death of Naoto Watari's parents left him the sole caregiver for
his younger sister, Suzushiro "Suzu" Watari, and forced him to move
in with his aunt. He's so attached to Suzu that he refuses to join clubs or
even date, which has earned him sarcastic comments and the title of
"siscon" at his new school. But as long as Suzu is safe and happy,
Naoto doesn't care what anyone says.
However,
her teasing classmates may be the least of her worries. The sudden transfer of
a girl named Satsuki Tachibana brings back traumatic memories of her past—a
past she helped make so unpleasant. Unpleasant secrets, unknown to Naoto, begin
to surface with her arrival, threatening her new life.
