As we mentioned in our previous
article ,
Netflix has revealed more details about the highly anticipated animated
adaptation of " Devil May Cry ," this time focusing
on its musical theme. This Thursday, the platform released a lyric
video for "Afterlife," Evanescence's new song that will be featured
in the series. The video also includes never-before-seen footage from
the animated film, further increasing fan excitement.
But
that's not all. It's been confirmed that an alternate version of
"Afterlife" will be played throughout the series, reinforcing the
strong rock presence in this production, which already features Limp Bizkit's
opening theme song, "Rollin'." Meanwhile, Evanescence's new single will
be officially released this Friday, while the anime premiere is still scheduled
for April 3. The wait just keeps getting longer!
It's
worth remembering that this isn't a Japanese production, so it doesn't fall
under the anime category, but it's still generating great excitement among
"Devil May Cry" fans. With a soundtrack featuring iconic names and an action-packed
plot, enthusiasm is sky-high. Will this be the best adaptation of the saga to
date?
