From the pages to the cinema

The manga's success led to the production of the film BLUELOCK -Episode Nagi- , which was released in Japanese theaters in April 2024 . In its first three days, it sold 337,000 tickets and grossed 463 million yen (approximately $2.99 million ), ranking #2 at the Japanese box office during its opening weekend.

The Blue Lock phenomenon continues to grow

Its anime adaptation debuted in October 2022 with 24 episodes , broadcast by TV Asahi and available worldwide thanks to Crunchyroll , including Spanish dubbing.

The second season also left its mark

The long-awaited sequel, titled BLUE LOCK vs. U-20 JAPAN , premiered on October 5, 2024, and ran for 14 episodes . Once again, Crunchyroll handled its broadcast in regions such as Europe, Latin America, North America, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and the CIS region .

With the end of Episode Nagi in sight, fans are preparing to say goodbye to a period that allowed them to get to know the most intimate side of the prodigy Seishirō Nagi, while still looking towards the future of a sports universe that continues to expand.
