The Manga
UP! Global platform continues to expand its catalog with the addition
of two new works that combine the supernatural with romance and comedy. These
are the mangas I'm the Catlords' Manservant by Rat
Kitaguni and Betrothed to a Fox Demon ( Kyōganeke
no Hanayome ) by Anju Hino .
I'm the
Catlords' Manservant: Shapeshifting Cats and Everyday Chaos
In this
story, young Yukiharu Izumi simply wishes to lead a normal
life as a high school student. However, after being left homeless and without
resources, he ends up begging for help from a group of cats who can
take human form . In exchange for shelter, he must become their
personal servant, beginning a chaotic life under the capricious commands of
these supernatural felines.
The work
was originally published in G Fantasy magazine from October 2019 to April 2021. Its
fourth and final compiled book volume was released by Square
Enix in May 2021. The English version is currently being
distributed by Yen Press , with the fourth volume being released in May
2023.
Betrothed to a Fox Demon: A Commitment Beyond Fate
The second
title, Betrothed to a Fox Demon , introduces us to
the Kyougane Clan , a family of exorcists with over a thousand
years of history. Currently, the leader is Kyougane Kurou , a
strong-willed man who faces an unexpected surprise: a beautiful young woman is
presented as his future wife. But behind her angelic appearance hides a
dangerous secret related to the kitsune demons.
To protect
the bond that unites them, Kurou must defy his destiny and fight against forces
that threaten to tear them apart. The manga debuted in Square Enix's Gangan
Joker magazine in January 2024, and its third compiled book
volume was released on May 22 , 2025 (local time in
Japan, available in Spain since May 21).

the author Anju Hino
In addition
to this new work, Anju Hino is recognized for her
participation in ECHIGOBAKUFU , a manga published on LINE
Manga in 2021 that was adapted into a television anime in 2022 by
the Niigata Sogo Television (NST) network . She also
illustrated the manga My Unexpected Marriage , based on
the Botsuraku Reijō no Ikoku Kekkonroku light novels ,
written by Mashimesa Emoto and illustrated by Machi .

additions, the platform reaffirms its commitment to titles with unique settings
