The anime
adaptation of Takuya Shinjō's Sawaranai de
Kotesashi-kun manga has revealed new key details. Through its official
website, a promotional image , the main cast ,
the production team and the long-awaited premiere date were
presented , scheduled for October 2025 in Japan (premiere
scheduled between October 1 and 7, which is equivalent to between September 30
and October 6 in Spain).
A
first-class voice cast
The main
cast includes renowned voice actors from the current anime scene:

The
creative team behind the project
The
anime will be produced by Quad studio and directed by Hisashi Saitō , known
for his work on I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? and Fantasista
Doll . The script is in charge of Hagane Shirakigo (romanized
name not confirmed), while Ryūsuke Tsukamoto ( The
Apothecary Diaries , Protocol: Rain ) will be in
charge of the character designs.
The music
will be composed by Chihiro Endō , with Deregula serving
as general producer. Other key staff members include:

A
student comedy with unique touches
The story
revolves around Kōyō Kotesashi , a student with dreams of
becoming a sports doctor . As part of his training, he becomes
a masseuse at Seiha High School , renowned for its strong
focus on sports. There, he treats a diverse group of athletic girls, each with
their own unique personalities.
The
original manga debuted in Kodansha 's Magazine Pocket app in May 2021. To date,
it has 11 compiled volumes , the most recent being published
on March 7 , 2025. Volume 12 will hit stores
on July 9 (available in Spain since July 8).
With a
fresh premise, a promising cast, and an experienced crew, Sawaranai de
Kotesashi-kun promises to be one of the most quirky comedies
of the upcoming season .
