The manga: a love story between neon lights and darkness

The original work was published between August 2019 and January 2024 in Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine, and ended with a total of 20 compiled volumes. Viz Media distributes the manga in English under the name Call of the Night.

The story follows Ko Yamori, a young insomniac who discovers the world of the night alongside Nazuna Nanakusa, a vampire with a peculiar lifestyle. What begins as a curious nocturnal friendship soon becomes a whirlwind of emotions, dangers, and decisions about what it truly means to live... or die.
