A few words from the artist

On the anime's official website, Maeshima shared his excitement for this project: "I wanted to convey the warmth of the work and those awkward but sincere feelings, so I sang with all my heart. It's the first time I've performed an ending for an anime and I'm very happy that it's for My Awkward Senpai. I hope you enjoy the song while still feeling the echo of the story!"

A trajectory on the rise

Maeshima debuted as a solo artist in November 2024 with her album Determination under KING RECORDS' KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE label. Subsequently, in July 2025, she released her first single "Wish for you", which became the opening theme of the anime Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter, where she also voices the protagonist Caren.
