official website for Yaiba: Samurai Legend (Shin
Samurai-den YAIBA) confirmed that the anime will feature a second
season dedicated to the Kaguya Arc. The announcement was
made just after the broadcast of the last episode of the first season.
A return
with a new bow
The story
of Yaiba: Samurai Legend, based on the manga by Gosho
Aoyama, creator of Detective Conan, will continue to adapt one
of the most important arcs of the work. The production assured that this second
season will focus on the events of the Kaguya Arc, expanding the
protagonist's journey as a samurai.
The first
season of the anime was available on Netflix for regions such
as North America, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand. In the United
States, the broadcast was done through Hulu. The second season is
expected to maintain a similar global distribution.
