The official site of the anime Kanan-sama wa Akumade Choroi (Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy), manga adaptation of nonco, published its first promotional video in which it confirms its premiere for april 2026. The trailer also revealed new cast and crew members.
The cast will have Sayumi Suzushiro like Jeanne, Maki Kawase like Ami, Ayaka Nanase like Nadeko Masurao, Fūka Izumi like Milch Zebul, Hikaru Tōno like Honey Zebul and Yoshino Nanjō like Lilim Zebul.
The direction will be in charge of Yasushi Muroya (BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-, BLUELOCK), with Hisashi Isogawa as assistant director. Rintaro Ikeda (Insomniacs After School) supervises the scripts, while Akari Minagawa (The Perfect Prince Loves Me) design the characters. The animation will be produced by Studio KAI.
The story continues Kanan, a demon that infiltrates human society under the identity of a high school student to devour souls. However, her plan changes when she ends up becoming the girlfriend of the boy she intended to attack. Having not experienced love before, Kanan must face a whirlwind of new emotions.
The original manga began serialization in the magazine Weekly Shōnen Magazine in June 2022. The publisher Kodansha will publish your volume 11 compilation next October 17.
