The Roll Over and Die anime reveals a new trailer and confirms a release date

The anime production team Roll Over and Die: I Will Fight for an Ordinary Life with My Love and Cursed Sword! (“Omae Gotoki ga Maou ni Kateru to Omou na” to Yuusha Party o Tsuihou Sareta node, Outo de Kimama ni Kurashitai) presented his main promotional video, along with the reveal of new musical themes, additional cast and the scheduled release date for january 2026.


The group PassCode he will perform the opening theme titled “Liberator”, while the singer Yuki Tanaka he will be in charge of the closing issue “I Need”. Both songs were composed and arranged by renowned producers in the medium, setting the emotional and dark tone of the anime.

Cast and new characters

 

Among the new additions to the cast are Machico as Sarah Anvilen, a nun with a strong sense of justice; Masakazu Morita as Dein Phineas, an A-rank adventurer with ruthless methods; and Honoka Inoue as Y'lla Jelicin, a cynical and sharp-tongued receptionist.

 

The project has an experienced technical team, headed by Micro Magazine and a cast that promises to maintain the balance between action, drama and dark fantasy. The production confirmed that Crunchyroll it will stream the anime internationally under the title Roll Over and Die.

 

From novel to international phenomenon

 

 

The original story, written by Kiki and illustrated by Kinta, debuted in 2018 and currently has more than 415,000 copies in circulation between its printed and digital editions. The manga adaptation, illustrated by Sunao Minakata, is also published by Micro Magazine and distributed in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.
