The story

have passed since the implacable Oda Nobunaga managed to unify all of Japan.
Sensing that the end of his days is approaching, the fearsome feudal lord
announces an unprecedented tournament: he will hand over absolute control of
the country to whoever presents him with the most powerful warrior on earth.
Eager to reclaim the throne, the various feudal lords send their best fighters
to a bloody arena of duel. The first round will test the invincible Honda
spearman Tadakatsu against the ever-evolving genius prodigy, Miyamoto Musashi.
