Billboard Japan released the sales report for the first half of 2020 (comprised from November 25, 2019 to May 24, 2020). The ranking for the anime songs (anisongs) is titled "Hot Animation" and, as expected, it was dominated by the song "Gurenge" performed by LiSA.
The song was released digitally on April 22, 2019, and its single in physical format was released on July 3 of the same year. The theme has been downloaded more than 100 million times through subscription services and has received platinum certification by the RIAJ three times, exceeding 750,000 downloads. Additionally, the physical version sold 100,000 copies and received a gold certification.
